1. Discounts subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or existing discounts on the website. Online Exclusive Offer applies to regular price items only.
2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Red By Dufry member discount.
3. Offer valid on all Reserve & Collect orders placed from 1 January 2024 & onward. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior (up to 29 days) to collection/departure date and collected by your date of departure. Any changes to the collection date or departing terminal after the order has been placed may result in you not being able to collect your order.
4. Offer is only available to departing passengers with a valid boarding card in the respective airport locations. The name on the Reserve & Collect order must match the name on the boarding card & government issued picture ID. Failure to present required documentations may result in orders being unfulfilled.
5. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices of the products & availability from time to time.
6. This offer only applies to Reserve & Collect orders placed and collected at participating locations. All applicable offer will be shown when you select your collection/departing airport & terminal on the Reserve & Collect website.
7. When you reserve your order online, if any of the products in your order are on promotion (for example, buy one get one free), the promotional price will be applied to your purchase in place of this offer.
8. This offer cannot be used with any other money off voucher or discount voucher.
9. The following brands, categories and items are excluded from this offer & promotion: Tobacco (All Brands); Liquor (Dom Perignon, The Macallan, Hennessy, Krug, Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, Mar de Frades) ; Luxury brands (RADO, Tissot)
10. This promotion cannot serve as tender and there are no cash alternative.
